Conditions
Contact Us First:
You MUST contact us first and we will issue you an RMA number. As well, we
will ask that you have checked the pickup to ensure that it is in fact the
pickup and not your wiring or some other component failure on your guitar.
We will be adding a “How to test your Evans Pickup” link in the Tech Tips
section of this site very soon. Once you have contacted us and confirmed
that it is indeed your pickup which is faulty, we will issue you an RMA
number and your will need to use that number when shipping the product
back to us.
Unauthorized Repair And Abuse:
The pickup must not have been previously altered, modified or serviced in
any way. Of course, this does not include installing the pickup in your
guitar. The pickup must not have been subject to accident, misuse, abuse
or operated contrary to the instructions included with the pickup.
Delivery:
The pickup must be shipped freight pre-paid in it’s original packaging or
similar packaging that will give the pickup the same level of protection
(padding etc.). You must include instructions indicating an address to
ship the pickup back to. It will be shipped back to you freight pre-paid
in North America. Shipments outside of North America will incur an
additional shipping charge which we will disclose to you when you contact
us for an RMA number.
Proof of Purchase
You will need your proof of purchase. Keep your receipts indicating date
of purchase. If you sell your pickups, be sure to give this to the new
owner.
